Donaldson Cresswell died on Nov. 18, 1989. Don prepared at St. Luke's School; after graduation he studied law at Penn. He was executive V.P. of Philadelphia Saving Fund Society when he retired at the age of 55. He served on the boards of Blue Cross of Philadelphia, the Corporation for Relief of Widows of Episcopal Clergymen in Pennsylvania, and of the Bryn Mawr Hospital. He was a member of the Philadelphia Club, Gulph Golf Club, and of the Rabbit. His first wife Elizabeth Potter Stewart died in 1978. He is survived by his wife, Helen Piper Coxe; three daughters, Elizabeth Szabo, Elise Kloman, and Audrey Kellison; six grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and three stepchildren.
