EARL DIED Nov. 13, 1992, at the age of 79, in Palm City, Fla., after an extended illness.

He prepared at Germantown Friends School. At Princeton he majored in economics, played three years of varsity lightweight football, was a member of Triangle Clubs chorus line in the hit production STAGS AT BAY, and was a member of Charter Club.

After Princeton, he was engaged in industrial design. During WWII he was associated with heavy industrial and aircraft construction. In 1961, he and his family moved to Florida for a career in marketing, economic research, and counseling, mostly related to real estate investment feasibility. From 1964 to 1969, Earl and his family lived in Nassau in the Bahamas as he worked in the management of a leading concern engaged in industrial projects in southeastern U.S., in the Caribbean, and in Central and South America. He retired in 1970 but kept busy in counseling in his favorite field of real estate planning and investment. He was a member of the American Society of Real Estate Counselors and of the Cruising Club of America. His favorite hobbies were boating and fishing.

Earl is survived by his widow, Mildred L.; a daughter, Dale Mack; grandchildren Stacy Blain '89, Travis Blain, and Colin Mack; and brothers Wesley and Edwin.

We will remember Earl's pleasant disposition and his ever striving for excellence.
