Edward B. Hodge Jr. ’63
Edward Blanchard "Ted" Hodge Jr., who lived in Hopewell, N.J., and spent more than two decades in the reinsurance industry, died July 18, 1994.
After serving as v.p. in property underwriting at Prudential Re-Insurance in Newark, he joined BEP Intl. in Jersey City. He also served in the Army reserve.
Ted spent two years at Princeton, arriving from Episcopal Academy outside Philadelphia. He was active in the Bridge Club and belonged to Key & Seal Club. During sophomore year, he lived in the second entry of Campbell Hall with Bob Beck, Dave Crowther, Woody Greenberg, Jim Pugh, and John Simon.
The class extends its sympathy to his widow, Judith; sons Edward B. lII "Ned" and Will; mother, Mrs. Edward B. Hodge w'28; and brother, John.
