Edward C. Chamberlin ’60

Body

Ed was born Jan. 25, 1939, in Jamaica, N.Y., the son of Eugene W. and Elizabeth Messer Chamberlin. He grew up in Rockville Centre, N.Y., and graduated from Rockville Centre South Side High School, where he was class president.

Ed majored in chemical engineering at Princeton and was a member of Dial Lodge. He very much enjoyed playing bridge while in college. Ed spent his whole career with Baltimore Gas and Electric Co. In his spare time he volunteered at his church.

Ed left three sons and two daughters-in-law, William, Kenneth and his wife, Robin, and Richard and his wife, Sheila; and five grandchildren. Ed’s wife, Beverly, died in 1987. At this late date, the class extends its sympathy to Ed’s family.
