EDWIN M. CRABTREE died Oct. 11, 1990. He was born in Chattanooga and prepared for college at Princeton Prep.

He roomed with E, 11. Martin, and at the end of freshman year he left Princeton. Ed had a successful business career in California with Western Pipe & Steel and later with Meletron Corp.

His greatest claim to fame among his classmates was his complete absence for 34 years. He was discovered by a classmate who found his name in a telephone directory.

He is survived by his widow, Verna, to whom the Class extends sincere sympathy,
