ELMER BILLOW was born in Evanston, Ill., June 23, 1902, and died in Sun City Center, Fla., Oct. 6, 1991. He had moved to Sun City Center recently from Vero Beach. He joined us from Princeton Prep and later transferred to Northwestern Univ. He went into business in Evanston, becoming head of Billow Corp., Engineers and Contractors. He was a member of the Western Society of Engineers. A founding member of the Chicago Curling Club, he represented the U.S. on their international team. He was a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and belonged to the Skokie C.C. in Glencoe; the Sharon C.C. in Sharon, Conn.; Mooring C.C. in Vero Beach; and the St. Croix Yacht Club in the Virgin Islands.

In 1926 he married Gertrude Pank, who died in 1950. He married Josephine Carter of Sharon in 1972. She also predeceased him. He attended our 65th reunion and entertained us with his enthusiastic piano playing. He was accompanied by his daughter, Lynn Cobb, who survives him together with two other daughters, jean Ramsey and Claire Kinsey; eight grandchildren; and eight greatgrandchildren.
