Frank A. Cosgrove ’50

FRANK COSGROVE DIED of cancer in Scottsdale, Ariz., on Mar. 6, 1992, at the age of 67. Due to a mild form of tuberculosis, which he contracted at Exeter, Frank returned home to Princeton and graduated from the Hun School. His illness prevented him from entering college for several years and caused the university physician to recommend that he live at home and take his meals there, He majored in economics and was a member of Court Club.

After graduation he worked in Princeton, at Gallup & Robinson, in advertising market research, and later moved to N.Y.C. to work for U. S. Rubber and Young & Rubicam, also in market research. Due to his poor health, he retired in 1963. In 1971 he was married, and he lived in Englewood, N.J., for the next 20 years.

His wife, Marguerite, died in June 1989, and his sole survivor is his sister Kate, the wife of Eldo Netto '53. To her we extend our sincerest sympathy.
