FRED MOHLE died in Ponte Vedra on Sept. 27, 1992. He was a native of Brooklyn. He prepared for Princeton at Erasmus Hall. He was associated with the Tide Water Oil Co. and Gulf Oil. He moved to Jacksonville in 1936. During WWIL he was with the Navy Air Force, in which he attained the rank of captain. Returning to Jacksonville, he became V.P. and general manager of Evergreen Cemetery. A member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church for over 50 years, he was very active in church and civic organizations, including the Princeton Club of Jacksonville. He is survived by his widow, Irma; his son William; his daughter Joan Savin; a stepdaughter; seven grandchildren; and three greatgrandchildren.
