Geoff died Dec. 11, 2022, at his Woodbury, Conn., home, surrounded by his family.

He graduated cum laude from the Taft School, where he was yearbook editor. At Princeton, he majored in Romance languages and the Special Program in European Civilization. He was a Keyceptor and member of Cap and Gown and the French and Spanish clubs. 

Geoff devoted his career to film and audio production, including producing numerous television commercials. He was executive producer of at least one movie, Rocket Gibraltar, starring Burt Lancaster. Most recently he was president of Geoffrey Mayo Films.

Geoff is survived by his wife, Lynn; daughters Lucy Mayo and Eliza Bullock; and son William, to all of whom the class extends its heartfelt condolences.
