Gilbert L. Glass ’35

Body

GIL GLASS CAME to Princeton from N.Y.C. and Peddie School. He died Apr. 21, 1994. He had lived in Providence, R.I., South Wellfleet, Mass., and Miami Beach, Fla.

After college, Gil was chronicled in our 15threunion yearbook as production manager in the manufacture of children's clothes, and active in Rotary and Chamber of Commerce circles. He married first Anita Finn, and the couple had two children, Dorothy and Michael. After Anita died, Gil married Shirley Fanger, and he became stepfather of Suzie (Dr. Norman) Marcus and Beverly (Dr. Herbert) Chase. He also leaves two seep-grandchildren.

In later years, the Glass family lived in Providence and summered at Wellfleet on Cape Cod. Send memorial donations to the Audubon Society at Wellfleet. The class sends sincere sympathy to Gil's family.
