Glenn died March 15, 2025, in Atlanta. 

Born in Charlotte, N.C., he came to us from Woodberry Forest School. At Princeton, he majored in English, played club football and basketball, and took his meals at Cap and Gown. He was a director of the Princeton Summer Camp and was on the Council of the Westminster Foundation and the Student Christian Society. He roomed with John Brothers, Landey Patton, and Fred Fisher. 

After acquiring an M.Div. degree at Union Presbyterian Seminary in Richmond and a Ph.D. in religion at Union Theological Seminary in New York, he worked for 30 years as a minister in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.). He also engaged in part-time teaching and served as a troubleshooter in 14 churches over the years. 

He is survived by his wife, Martha (a Methodist pastor); his former wife Joan; two daughters; two sons, and several grandchildren.
