Greg died Nov. 22, 2024, at the age of 52, following a brief illness.
He was born Nov. 26, 1971, in Brooklyn, N.Y., to Elaine and Isaac Sewell Jr. He grew up in a close-knit family and was raised with a strong sense of community and responsibility. Greg was a member of Mathey College and received his A.B. in music with a certificate in African American studies. He also played viola in the Princeton University Orchestra.
After graduation, Greg forged a successful career in technology, working for several top-tier companies before starting his own company, Expert Level Consulting, which he built into a highly respected firm.
Outside his professional life, Greg continued to have a deep passion for music and played various instruments. His love of music and God led him to devote himself to the worship ministry: His presence illuminated every room he entered, and his warm smile and nurturing spirit brought comfort to all who knew him. Greg and his wife Stacey met in church and were married in 2001. He will be remembered for his kind heart, his infectious laugh, and his unwavering commitment to his family and faith.
Greg is survived by his wife, Stacey; his children, Tre, Siam, Sasha, and Storm; his grandson Maddin; his siblings, Dayrel, Mark, Mike, and Andrea; and a host of relatives and friends, to whom the class extends its deepest sympathies.
