Harry Leslie Keats Jr. ’31

WITH THE DEATH of Harry Keats on Mar. 19, 1992, the Class has lost a member who followed several careers: radio announcing, safety engineering, and teaching. He was also an active church member, and an avid golfer. He came to Princeton from Allen Preparatory School in Portland, Ore., and Princeton Preparatory School. At Princeton he was active in dramatics, with both the Triangle Club and Theatre Intime, and in public speaking, and was a member of the Delta Sigma Rho national honorary debating fraternity. During WWII he was an Army safety engineer. He is survived by two daughters, eight grandchildren, and one greatgrandchild. To them the Class extends deep sympathy.

The Class of 1931
