HENRY MORRIS died at the Pine Run nursing center, Doylestown, Penn., on Oct. 25, 1992, nine days after his 95th birthday.

"Ham" grew up in Brooklyn, N.Y., where he prepared at Brooklyn Polytechnic Prep. At Princeton he was one of the small group who graduated with a degree in civil engineering. He was V.P. of the rifle club. He roomed with Robert Denniston, and was a member of Whig Hall and Cloister Inn Club.

His professional career ended in 1964, when he retired after 37 years with the Aetna Insurance Group. He was manager of engineering, chairman of the engineering and project committee and a member of the advisory committee of the Assn. of Casualty Insurance Companies.

The Morris's travels included four extensive trips to Europe and several visits to the Far East.

Ham's wife, Dorothy, predeceased him on July 4, 1990. There were no children, and he leaves no close relatives.
