JOE, WHO WAS better known by his nickname, Natty, died Apr. 18, 1992, at his home in Manhasset, N.Y., after a series of strokes. He attended high school in Ogdensburg, N.Y., and came to Princeton in 1922 on a transfer from Cornell. He graduated from New York Law School, where he was on the LAW REVIEW. He practiced law in N.Y.C. and was general counsel for a large real estate corporation. In 1961 he joined the faculty of CW. Post College, on Long Island, as associate professor of law. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Marjorie; a daughter Cynthia; and a granddaughter and grandson. To them we extend our sympathy.
