Horace Hatch Tucker ’29

Body

HATCH DIED in Clearwater, Fla. on Dec. 4, 1989. He had prepared for college at Fay School and St. Mark's. At Princeton he belonged to Quadrangle Club.

Hatch was extremely modest about giving the Class information. We know he was in the Army 1942-45, and then lived in Manhasset, N.Y., where he was V.P. of DePew Manufacturing Co., a maker of plastics.

In 1947 he married Laura Sheean, and in 1953 married Audree Young, a widow with three children. He is survived by his wife Audree and the stepchildren, Karen Davis of Clearwater; Kenneth Young of Encinitis, Calif.; and Jerrold Young of Augusta, Ga. He is also survived by his brother Mayson '35 of Manhasset and his sister, Louise Kilbourn of Darien, Ct.

The Class extends sincere sympathy to Hatch's family.
