JACK MORGAN died Aug. 9, 1991, four months after a recurrence of cancer had been diagnosed. His memorial service was in the Presbyterian Church at Tenafly, NJ., on Aug. 12. Always devoted to his family, Jack relished the gift of 11 years following surgery in 1980 to remove a malignancy in his lung.

Jack came to Princeton from Tenafly, his home for 56 years. He majored in economics, belonged to Tiger Inn, and was public relations director at WPRU for three years, His senior roommates were Bob Diefenbach and Frank Jones.

After graduation, Jack entered the executive development program with Vick Chemical. In 1966 he began a 21year career with BristolMyers Co., becoming V.P. for corporate development. Jack was named president of the Mennen Company's domestic division in 1977. At his death he was V.P. of the Wella Corp., Englewood, NJ. Jack was a member of the Knickerbocker Country Club, the Englewood Field Club, and the Tenafly juvenile Conference Committee.

Jack and Rosita Seeley were married in Dec. 1956. He is survived by Rosita and their four children, Jill, Suzanne, Jeffrey, and Jonathan '86. To them we extend our deepest sympathies.
