James D. Lindsay ’50
Body
Jim died Jan. 14, 2009, in New York City.
He graduated from the Nichols School in his hometown of Buffalo, N.Y. After serving in the Navy from 1944 to 1946, he came to Princeton, where he was publicity manager of the Nassau Sovereign and a member of Elm. He earned his degree in psychology.
Jim’s career was basically in banking, finance, and real estate. At one time he formed a commodities-import business with classmate Ray Farrant. Since our 25th, we heard only that he continued to reside in Manhattan in the same apartment in which he had lived for many years.
We know of no immediate survivors.
