Jim died April 26, 2004. He was 76.

He prepared for Princeton at Northern High School in Detroit, Mich. He left us to take a job in Detroit with the Cook Paint and Varnish Co. after two years. After Army service in Korea he earned a bachelor’s and a law degree from Wayne State University.

He was employed by Dow Chemical Co. in its legal department for a number of years. In 1984 he was located in Miami, Fla., with a position as corporate counsel for a medical company. In 1992 he was reported as retired.

It is known that Jim was married. His wife’s name was Eugenia, and they had four children, James, Mary, Elizabeth, and Margaret. The class extends its belated sympathy to them.
