JACK DIED Jan. 17, 1990. He prepared at Lawrenceville. At Princeton he was on the swimming and football squads and in Triangle. He belonged to Cottage and roomed with Rusty Beatty. Jack's numerous Princeton relatives included three of our classmates-Tom Kerr, Ben Page, and Seymour Preston.

Jack left Princeton in 1927 and worked first at Bankers Trust, then Wright Aeronautical. In 1931 he joined the Englewood brokers, Charles T. Lansing Co. He then went to International Salt and, in 1941, to Mutual Life. In 1945 he returned to mortgage banking with Frank S. Phillips, Inc., in Washington.

Jack's recreations included bridge, golf, and bass fishing. He settled in South Hill, Va., and was a member of the South Hill United Methodist Church.

After a previous marriage Jack married Mary Blalock in 1966, and she survives as do his children: a daughter, Janet Rosenberger; sons John B. and George T.; a stepson, William H. Neblett; also a sister, Mary Taggart; and two brothers, C. Dilworth Kerr '36 and William Kerr.

The Class extends sincere sympathy to Jack's family.
