John Livingston Adam ’24

John L. Adam died on Aug. 23, 1989. He left Princeton prior to graduation and lived in France for many years. In recent years, John resided in Clinton and Flemington, NJ. He is survived by his widow Helda, his son Bruce, his daughter-in-law Mrs. Peter J. C. Adam, and five grandchildren. To them we extend our sympathy. His son Peter J. C. Adam '47 predeceased him.

Morton Dean Joyce '24

Morton D. Joyce died in N.Y.C. on Sept. 12, 1989. A stockbroker and a member of the New York Stock and Curb exchanges, Mort was a partner in Pulleyn & Co. and William B. Joyce & Sons. He was a member of the firm of Pyne, Kendall & Hollister before he opened his own office.

Born in 1900, he served in both WWI and WWII. In the latter, he attained the rank of colonel in the Air Force. He is survived by his widow, Betty J. Boyle; two daughters, Mrs. Anne Wyman and Mrs. Lucy Brennan; and three grandchildren. To them we extend our deepest sympathy.
