JACK ROESER DIED Apr. 9, 1994, at U.Va. Hospital in Charlottesville. Following graduation, Jack held a succession of different jobs before joining the Linde Division of Union Carbide, for whom he worked until WWII. In 1942, he was commissioned in the navy and served for several years in the Atlantic and Mediterranean aboard a destroyer escort. He left the service as a lt. comdr. He returned to Linde after the war and remained there until 1953, when he joined McJunkin Corp. of Charleston, W.Va. He served as the regional manager of their New York office until he retired in 1964. He then moved to Boca Raton, Fla.

In 1939, Jack married Roberta Woodrum. She died in 1991. He is survived by his sister, Nancy; a sister-in-law, Teresa Woodrum Board; and several nieces and nephews. The class extends its sincere sympathy to all of them.
