JOHN S. MILTON ARRIVED at Princeton from Memphis, a proud son of the Confederacy. At Princeton, he was on the freshman tennis squad. As a sophomore, he displayed a conscientious and courageous spirit and was elected to Tower Club. During his sophomore and upperclass years, he roomed with Hank Custer in Blair.
For some years, he had lived in retirement in Punta Gorda, Fla. He died Apr. 10, 1994. The class extends its sympathy to his family and friends.
