KEVIN FRANCIS GEORGE, a promising young architect, died at the age of 30 in Ithaca, N.Y., on Feb. 10, 1989. He was born in Corning, N.Y., on Jan. 8, 1959, graduated from Ithaca H.S. in 1976, and received a bachelor's degree in architecture form Cornell Univ. in 1981. In 1981 and 1982, he published two documents, "Contributions: Art by Jewish Americans" and "The Village of Seneca Falls." In 1984 and 1985, he was employed by the U.S. Dept. of the Interior as one of two architects involved 'in the restoration of the Statue of Liberty. He also worked on restoration of the Thomas A. Edison home. He received a master of architecture degree from Princeton in 1986. Survivors include his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Caesar R. George; a sister, Ms. Aurelia Girogi; and cousins. We extend to his family and friends our sincere sympathy.
