AT 78, LARRY DIED of cancer at home in Princeton on Sept. 6, 1992.

He graduated from Bronxville (N.Y.) High School. At Princeton, he majored in economics and was a member of Cannon, Triangle, and the Glee Club. In 1949 he received M.B.A. from New York Univ.

During WWII, he served four years in the U.S. Navy as a lieutenant in intelligence and saw sea duty in the North Atlantic and Mediterranean.

Larry was long identified with securities research and investment management. He served in senior positions with White Weld, Eastman Dillon, Blyth Eastman Dillon, Smith Barney Harris Upham, and Laidlaw Adams and Peck.

He lived in N.Y.C. for many years, where he was a member of the University Club, the Princeton Club of New York, and the New York Society of Financial Analysts.

As a longtime summer resident of Quogue, L.I., he was a member of its Field, Beach, and Sandbar clubs. Four years ago, he moved to Princeton and became a member of the Nassau Club and Pretty Brook Tennis Club.

Larry was a longtime member of our Class Executive Committee and served as Class treasurer from 1986 to 1991.

He is survived by his widow, Celia, a son, Robert W, of a former marriage, and a brother, Thomas T.

Larry will always be remembered as a devoted son of Princeton and a loyal classmate. He will be missed by his many friends.
