Manville F. Hendrickson ’37

Body

Manville Hendrickson died Sept. 14, 2011.

He was born in St. Paul, Minn., and was known as “Fritz” or “Jof.” He prepared for Princeton at Evanston (Ill.) and Watertown (N.Y.) high schools. At Princeton he majored in economics and was a member of Campus Club.

After graduation he attended Hartford College of Law. His Army service was with the 615th Coast Artillery. After being commissioned a second lieutenant, he was sent to Washington and also to the Pentagon.

Following his discharge, Fritz worked as a sales engineer with Perey Manufacturing Co. in New York. He married Mary Elizabeth Barrett, and they had two sons and two daughters, and later had six granddaughters.

We send our sympathy to his family and friends, as we shall miss this loyal Princetonian.
