LARRY LARSEN DIED Dec. 23, 1993, in a Portland, Maine, hospital following an operation. Larry spent two years at the graduate college, leaving Princeton in 1934 with an M.F.A. in architecture.

In his early career, he worked for several N.Y.C. based firms, much of the time in connection with prefabricated housing. During WWII, he helped manufacture prefabricated barracks. In 1947, he opened his own architectural office and practiced that profession for more than 30 years in a wing of his family home in Demarast, N.J. He was also active in local politics and charity drives, serving on the Demarast Planning Board for 10 years.

Retiring in 1971, he moved with his wife, Louella, to St. Petersburgh, Fla. Louella succumbed to a massive stroke in 1978. Later, Larry moved to Whiting, N.J., where he married Margaret Henry; she died in May 1993. Shortly before his death, Larry moved to Cumberland Foreside, Maine. His hobbies demonstrated his creativity: specialized model train layouts, jewelry and furniture making, and inventing.

Larry is survived by a daughter, Cynthia Verruso; a son, Bruce; six granddaughters; and one great-grandson. To all, the class extends its sincere condolences.
