OUR CLASS JAZZ BUFF, Pete Ehlers, died at his home in Ocala, Oct, 12, 1991. He came to us from Penn Charter and at college was a member of Triangle, the Banjo Club, the band, and the orchestra. He was librarian for the "Sons of Bix" and publicity agent for our 25th reunion, He was also a writer and copyeditor for TIME and the author of LIVE THEM AGAIN (1953) and PITTSBURGH TODAY (1971). Pete's wife, Madeline, died in 1969. They had two sons and several grandchildren to whom the Class conveys its sympathy.
