Raymond Cuyler Reidinger ’45

Body

Ray Reidinger died Feb. 23, 2010.

He entered Princeton along with his twin brother, our late classmate Russell Reidinger, from North Plainfield (N.J.) High School, following in the footsteps of their father Albert ’18. Both joined Key and Seal, and both worked for DuPont following graduation from Princeton.

Ray served as an officer with the 5th Marines in the Pacific and returned for his chemical engineering degree in 1947. Ray married Sarah “Sally” Reed in 1946. In addition to Sally, Ray is survived by their son, Bill; daughters Madeline Johnson and Carolyn Shields; and eight grandchildren. The class expresses its sympathy to the family.
