Bob died April 5, 2012, at his home in Berkeley Heights, N.J.

Bob graduated from Great Neck (N.Y.) High School, where he was president of the general organization and business manager of the yearbook board. At Princeton, he majored in modern languages and won the Percy Alden Memorial Prize. He roomed with Ridgely and Craig.

After serving in the Navy aboard the USS Antietam and USS Milwaukee, Bob went to work in the insurance industry. He was a manager in the systems-and-records department of Arrowpoint Indemnity Insurance Co. before retiring in 1985 after a 40-year career.

To his wife, Mary, three children, and five grandchildren, the class extends its sympathy.
