Robert F. M. Culver ’73

Robert Francis Marshall Culver died Feb., 7, 1993, of a viral infection at his home in N.Y.C. He was born July 8, 1950, and prepared at the McDonogh School. At Princeton, he majored in English and spent his junior year in Aix-en-Provence. Senior year he dined as independent and lived in Pyne Hall.

Bob had a long and active career in the advertis­ing business, a career that included freelance copy­writing, serving as an executive at several advertis­ing agencies, and serving as a partner in his own firm, Culver-Campbell. Among his clients were many well-known companies, and he won many awards for his work, including the One Show, Andy, and Capless awards.

Bob is survived by his father, Donald M. '47; his stepmother, Mrs. Culver; his mother, Catherine Brewster Jackson; and two brothers, Daniel B. and John K. A creative mind and spirit bas been stilled; to his family and friends we extend our sympathy and deepest condolences.
