BOB MACMILLAN DIED Sept. 15, l994. He was born in 1902 in New Brighton, Penn. He prepared at Enon Valley H.S., where he was class president and on the baseball and basketball teams. After two years at College of Wooster, he joined us in Sept. 1923. He was in the Polity and Law Clubs. After teaching a year each at schools in Florida and California, he went on to obtain his law degree at Yale.

After several years of practice in N.Y.C., in 1936, he joined New Jersey Zinc Co., where he became general counsel and asst. secretary, retiring in 1970. He continued as a consultant in mineral law for several years. He lived in Engelwood, N.J., for several years, serving on the board of education and as president of the Princeton Alumni Assn. of Northern New Jersey and on the board of governors of the Engelwood Field Club. After moving to Princeton, he was a member of the shade-tree commission and the Nassau Club. He also volunteered at the medical center. He was active in the Trinity Episcopal Church in Rocky Mount, where his funeral was held Sept. 20. He had served as our class president since the death of Lew Mack.

He is survived by his wife of 61 years, the former Marie Foss; daughters Ann Holst and Ellen Hand; son William; and eight grandchildren.
