STEWART "MIKE" MORGAN died Feb. 22, 1994, in Vero Beach, Fla. He prepared at the Hill School and graduated from Princeton with honors in geol­ogy. After graduation, he went to Oklahoma City, then enlisted in the infantry in 1940 and was com­missioned in the quartermaster corps. He served in the Pacific and retired as a lt. col. in 1946. There­after, he moved to the Virgin Islands, where he worked in a retail and wholesale business in St. Thomas until 1967. While in St. Thomas, he was very active in community affairs, the Virgin Island Yacht Club, and the Chamber of Commerce.

After leaving St. Thomas, Mike returned to the Philadelphia area and renewed his real-estate license. In 1976, he retired from real estate and moved to Florida, where he divided his time between Vero Beach and Englewood. He was a member of the Vera Beach Yacht Club and the Sons of the Amer­ican Revolution.

He is survived by his widow, Geraldine Dryer; two daughters, Josephine Morgan and Elsa Shane; and grandson Emmett M. Shane. To them, the class extends deepest sympathy.
