WEAVER DIED Mar. 27, 1994, in the Coatsville, Penn., V.A. Medical Center. He was 73 and had been beset by Alzheimer's disease for many years.

A native of Winnetka, Ill., Weaver prepared for Princeton at Hotchkiss. While on campus, he played intramural sports for Quadrangle Club, was a member of the varsity lacrosse team that went undefeated in 1942, and ran cross-country.

Weaver left Princeton during his senior year to join the 11th Airborne Paratroops. He received three Bronze Stars and was wounded in 1945 in the Philippines. Returning to the university, he graduated in 1946.

Weaver's business life was devoted to banking. He worked with Bankers Trust Co. in N.Y.C., and then with Northern Trust Co. of Chicago. Weaver worked for Northern Trust from 1968 until he retired in 1985 as a v.p. in the bond department.

Weaver is survived by his widow, Margaret Dudley Roberts; three daughters, Katharine S. Garst, Nancy S. Krausz, and Irene D. '83; a son, Stuart R., five granddaughters; and two brothers, Kennedy '47 and Langdon R. '57. Funeral services were held in University Chapel. To the family, we convey our sincerest condolences.
