Suzanne M. Huffman ’90

SUZANNE DIED 12, 1991, in Laguna Beach, Calif., after a yearlong battle with Hodgkin's disease.

Suzanne came to Princeton from southern California. She rowed during her freshman year and played volleyball during her freshman and sophomore years. Suzanne lived in Butler College and then became an independent, living in Spelman. Her senior thesis, written for the history and women's studies departments, focused on the political radicalization of the Christian women's movement.

Suzanne was first diagnosed with Hodgkin's disease during her senior year. During the past year she lived in California and taught art classes to area youngsters. At Princeton, Suzanne and Alex Hess created their own business, designing and selling jewelry.

To her father, John; her mother, Anne; and her two younger sisters, Carla and Janet; the Class extends its deepest sympathy.
