Ted graduated from North Shore Country Day School in his lifelong hometown, Winnetka, Ill. At Princeton he studied economics and belonged to Elm Club. He was on the Tigerad staff and belonged to the Chicago Club. He roomed with Marshall Arnold, Bob Zabel, and John Emerson.

After service as a Marine officer in Korea, Ted had a career in finance, at one time with the firm of Bacon Whipple & Co. in Chicago.

Ted died July 30, 2021. He is survived by his wife, Elvira; and children Shelley, Ted, Susan, James, and Nicole. The class offers condolences to them, with a cheer for Ted’s military service to our country.
