Wayne Oliver Stoughton ’31

WAYNE DIED Mar. 28, 1993, in Greensboro, N.C. He prepared at Mercersburg Academy. While at Princeton, Wayne won second prize in the Walter F. Hope Speaking Contest, was a member of the Glee Club and choir, was University Club president, and was a senior member of the Undergraduate Council. Wayne worked for the Pittsburgh Steel Company before joining Steelite Inc. He retired from Steelite as president in 1976. He is survived by a son, Peter; two grandchildren; and one greatgranddaughter. He was a loyal member of the Class, and will be missed. The Class sends its sincere condolences to his family.
