WE HAVE LEARNED of the death of Bill Kohlins, of Everett, Wash., on Apr. 30, 1991.

Bill was born Nov. 3, 1912, in Newark, N.J., and prepared at Montclair Academy.

Bill left college early and studied engineering at Rutgers. He became district manager for the Buflovak Division of Blaw Knox, in New York, and later moved to Chicago with the Podbielmals Division of Dresser Industries. Still later he moved to Everett, where he had his own business, Engineering Service Co.

On Nov. 27, 1936, Bill married Catherine Smith, who survives, as (to their two children, William N. and Catherine Del Wilhelm.

During his years in New York, Bill saw a number of classmates, but in recent years was not in touch with the Class. We regret that we did not see more of him. To Catherine and the children, the Class of'33 extends its sincere sympathy.
