Bill married Priscilla Carstairs in 1938, in Haverford. They had a daughter, Mrs. George K. (Dorothy) Marshall. They were later divorced, and in 1947 he married Ann R. Robison, who died in 1984.

To Dorothy and her family the Class of '33 expresses its deep sympathy.
