WILLIAM LYTTLETON BARCLAY, a longtime resident of Rye, N.Y., died there Jan. 24, 1994. He was 94. At Princeton, he was a member of Quadrangle Club. After getting an e1cctricalenginecring degree from M.I.T., he worked at Westinghouse Electric until he "retired." After that, he worked for many years as a transportation consultant, a job that involved extensive foreign travel.

Bill is survived by a son, a daughter, and six grandchildren. To them all, the class extends sincere sympathy.
