BILL DIED Jan. 8, 1992, after a short illness. He transferred to Princeton in his sophomore year from Stevens Institute of Technology. At Princeton, he was on the TIGER editorial board and the PRINCETONIAN board and was editor of "Diogenes Lamp." Bill was a Nieman Fellow, 1939, and lived most of his life in Manhattan. He was a journalist and editor working with the HERALD TRIBUNE and FORTUNE magazine. He also wrote several public information texts for the U.S. Military. He is survived by a son, Burrows; two daughters, Linda and Flavilla; and three grandchildren. The Class sends its condolences to his family.
