WILLIS JOHNSON, of Little Rock, Ark., died Mar. 20, 1993. He was with the Class of 1935 only as a freshman and earned a degree in economics from the Univ. of Virginia. In 1939, he married Eugenia Peek, a graduate of Sweet Briar, and the couple had two daughters, Genie and Beth. There are one grandson and one granddaughter in the family.

Will's business career was in the family food brokerage enterprise, of which he was president for many years, retiring in 1978. Will served in the navy during W_WII in the armed guard and on a destroyer escort, and returned to civilian life as a It. commander. In business and community affairs, Will had a distinguished career in Little Rock. He received Rotarys highest award, was a member of the board of trustees of Arkansas Children's Hospital for 22 years, and served as chairman of the Narl. Food Brokers Assn. He was also active as an elder in the Presbyterian Church and in Princeton alumni circles.

After his retirement, Will and Eugenia enjoyed traveling, often on cruise ships, and they had more time for golf and spectator sports. The class sends its sincere sympathy to the family.
