(David Minier) Santa Barbara cop Michael Page becomes involved in a series of international incidents involving Armenian terrorist Antranik. Working with graduate student Lela Drew, Page engages Antranik, and ultimately discovers that he is a K.G.B. agent planning to assassinate President Reagan. Page and Lela must race to prevent the assassination and the nuclear holocaust that could result. Minier was a California district attorney, and now serves as an assigned judge throughout California.
