Through examination of court cases and news, and his own personal experience, Heath Fogg Davis *98 challenges this system and provides recommendations to alleviate sex-identity discrimination. Davis is an associate professor of political science at Temple University and author of The Ethics of Transracial Adoption (Cornell University Press).
