In this graphic novel, main character Sybil is the only one that notices that her next-door neighbor, Bolivar, is a dinosaur. Everyone else is so busy going about their days in New York City that they don’t notice Bolivar. However, when Bolivar gets pulled into an adventure from City Hall to the natural history museum, he must decide if he should continue to live unnoticed or if he can let the city see who he really is.
