(Harvard University Press) In this publication of Rawls’ senior thesis at Princeton, the late philosopher explores the link between moral life and man’s relationship with the divine. The book also includes a short essay entitled “On My Religion,” which discusses three moments in Rawls’ loss of faith. Rawls was an American philosopher and held the James Bryant Conant University Professorship at Harvard University.
