In Free Time (Princeton University Press) Julie Rose *12, assistant professor of government at Dartmouth University, argues that, like income, free time is a resource and one that is unequally distributed in American society. She contends that a fair share of free time should be a guaranteed to all citizens and outlines policies that would help society realize that goal.
