(iUniverse.com) In this novel, Shaviro satirizes the world of large law firms, detailing the professional and personal exploits of Bill Doberman, a lawyer at a prestigious Washington, D.C., firm who is competing with two other men for a partnership. Doberman looks for a way to get ahead of the competition, manage his caseload, and keep his two girlfriends at the firm from finding out about one another. Shaviro is the Wayne Perry Professor of Taxation at New York University Law School.
