(Touchstone) In this sequel to Gideon’s War, Princeton alumnus, diplomat, and presidential adviser Gideon Davis returns to academia only to be pulled back into action when he receives a tip about an imminent terrorist attack. The target is the U.S. government during the State of the Union address, and Davis must untangle the plan before it’s too late. Gordon is a television writer and producer, and the former producer of the TV show 24.
