(Borgo Publishing) The first two books in the Needed Killing series deliver “cozy mysteries with a Southern flair.” The series follows university retiree James Crawford, who is thrust into the role of private eye when people in his community start dying. Fitts retired from the University of Alabama in September 2011 after a tornado swept through his hometown that April; he is now having a wonderful time writing mysteries.
